Summer 2025 Evaluations
Pirate Lacrosse conducts evaluations to determine team placement and to help determine the number of players that will be participating at each age level. Below is a description of each of our evaluations.
Youth
Youth players range from 10U to 14U. Roughly, this is players who in their current spring school year are in the 3rd to 8th grades. These teams play a mostly regional schedule with some out of state travel up to 300 miles.
High School
The High School team is made up of players who are currently in High School with the exception of current seniors. Someone being evaluated for this team may be asked to also attend the Pirate Premier evaluations. These teams play a mostly regional schedule with some out of state travel up to 300 miles.
Pirate Premier
Our Pirate Premier team is our highest skilled team and plays a schedule that will have both regional tournaments and tournaments that are outside of 300 miles that may require travel by plane. Players being evaluated for this team may be asked to play on the High School team based on their current skill level.
