Jr Muskies Box Lacrosse
Grades: 5-12
Pirate Lacrosse is the only club in Wisconsin that offers girls box lacrosse. Box lacrosse is played on indoor turf or hard court in an enclosed field and has rules similar to hockey. It requires great stick skills due to the limited passing windows and smaller goals. Our coaching staff has many years of experience both playing and coaching box. The rules for box are the same for both boys and girls.
High Intensity Lacrosse Training (HILT)
Grades: 5-12
Our HILT program is designed to push players outside of their comfort zones with a focus on improving athletic ability and game play. Players will be exposed to footwork and agility drills, fundamental work, and competitive, short sided drills that are designed to increase their fitness, footwork, fundamentals and overall Lacrosse IQ. This is designed to work on the little things that become big things later.
