High Intensity Lacrosse Training
Our High Intensity Lacrosse Training (HILT) sessions are designed to push players outside of their comfort zones with a focus on improving athletic ability and game play.
Players will be exposed to footwork and agility drills, fundamental work, and competitive short sided drills that are designed to increase your fitness, footwork, fundamentals and overall Lacrosse IQ. This is designed to work on the little things that become big things later and prepare you for your spring season.

We are running the sessions on Saturdays starting on January 4 and ending on February 1 for a total of 5 sessions.
