High Intensity Lacrosse Training (HILT)

Pirate Lacrosse Club is proud to offer High Intensity Lacrosse Training .

Our High Intensity Lacrosse Training (HILT) sessions are designed to push players outside of their comfort zones with a focus on improving athletic ability and game play.

Players will be exposed to footwork and agility drills, fundamental work, and competitive, short sided drills that are designed to increase their fitness, footwork, fundamentals and overall Lacrosse IQ. This is designed to work on the little things that become big things later.

We had our strongest enrollment ever this year as we nearly sold out of each of our age groups. Our unique HILT training program helps our athletes prepare for the spring season and puts them on the road to greatness.

Enrollment for HILT 2024 will be open this fall.
