2024 Winter Training
Our winter training sessions are limited to 10 players in each session so that you get a personalized experience. These sessions are broken down by skill level so that you will be placed with players at the same level.
All of these sessions are conducted by Coach Wei. Coach Wei brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the lacrosse so you will be getting the highest level of training possible.

The are 2 session tracks. The sessions are broken down by skill level with a maximum of 10 players in each session.
Session 1
Session 1 dates are November 23, 30 and December 7
